• Email or call us to discuss your business with our chartered tax adviser. We will quickly assess the likelihood of you being able to claim.
• If we think you could claim, we will arrange a free face-to-face consultation to establish the scope of your claim, your possible savings and how this will best benefit your business. 
• We will then work with you to establish the finer points of your claim to seek to ensure it meets the qualification criteria applied by HMRC. 
• We produce a method of quantifying the claim for the most benefit, give this to you for your agreement and then submit to HMRC.
• Once the claim has been agreed you will receive any refund and have an agreed method to use in future tax returns.
